Place Massena

The Place Masséna is a historic square in Nice that drew my attention with its brightly colored buildings, checkerboard flooring, and this grand fountain. Loved seeing a view of the beach through the little alley between the buildings as well!

All paintings from this plein air study are 9in x 12in and unframed. Most were painted on oil paper, but some on canvas boards, and all will be signed and varnished.
