Yaquina Head Lighthouse

Part of the seascape series (but also found in the Pacific Northwest in Newport, OR), this piece was what made me fall in love with painting waves and cliffs. The movement in the waves and the way the wild grasses and bushes could also be swaying in the wind were what drew me to this composition.

All open edition prints are printed by Finerworks and with high quality archival inks on Hahnemühle Torchon paper with a 1/2 in border (not included in the listed image size, i.e. 9x12 image = 10x13 print). Torchon is a 285 gsm acid free fine art paper. The printed side of this paper has been coated for excellent image sharpness and optimum color graduation and is specially suited for oil painting reproductions. The coating also offers a very high level of water resistance.
